Casa Artusi Residency
Classes at Cooks of Crocus Hill
March 26-29, 2026: Cooks of Crocus Hill will host Chef Matteo Milandri and Susy Patrito, founding director of Casa Artusi and host of our Culinary tours, for an Italian Cuisine Residency. Traveling from Forlimpopoli to Minnesota, they will lead a series of hands-on cooking classes and demonstration dinners in St. Paul. For details and availability click here.

Don’t miss your chance to experience Casa Artusi right here in Minnesota. The foundation is the first and only center of gastronomic culture devoted entirely to Italian home cooking and is located in the hometown of of Pellegrino Artusi, whose cookbook “Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well” can be found in homes across Italy and the world. The foundation was a key partner in the 2025 UNESCO Recognition of Italian Cuisine as an Intangible World Heritage.
