Anna Bonavita. The founder of Esperienza has a life-long passion for food, excellence and in-depth history exploration. Since 2000 she has been visiting or living in Romagna and would be delighted to share her love for La Terra del Buon Vivere (The Land of Good Life, as Romagna is called).

Susy Patrito. The former director of Casa Artusi and the creative force behind Esperienza’s Cooking with the Seasons series is also passionate about the culinary and cultural treasures of rural Romagna.
