Happy Birthday, Pellegrino Artusi
Celebrating the “Father” of Italian Cuisine

At Esperienza, we’re passionate about all things Italian…but especially about the food and the culture of community found in small villages. So it’s only natural we’d want to invite friends in our own community to join us in celebrating the “Father” of Italian cuisine, Pellegrino Artusi, in recognition of his 202nd birthday.

The celebration, inaugurated in 2021 (and featured on this segment on KARE-11), is held in multiple Twin Cities locations, with chefs from a variety of restaurants each offering their own menus with interpretations of recipes from Artusi’s classic book, “La scienza in cucina e l’arte di mangiar bene” (Science in the kitchen and the art of eating well).

We are excited to include these restaurants in our 2022 celebration:

  • Dinner at Harriet Brasserie with chef Fernando Silva on August 12 and 13. One of these dinners will be with the chef from Terzo. More details to come.

  • Special event at Cooks of Crocus Hill. Details to come.
